The terms and conditions published on this website is accurate at the time of published.
All claims against the company must be made in writing within 30 days after the completion of the tour.
All disputes if any will be subject to the Malaysian Court of Law.
All terms and conditions mentioned below cannot be altered or waived and enquiries pertaining to this document may be made to Dream Mission Holiday Sdn. Bhd. Legal Department.
The company shall advise and if needed, assist you with regards to any claims against any party in your tour. Dream Mission Holiday Sdn Bhd shall ensure that the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data is consistent with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (‘PDPA’). It is acknowledged that personal data collected and processed is obtained voluntarily and with your consent.
We reserve the right to amend or add to these terms and conditions without prior notice if immediate changes are necessary.
It is your responsibility to review any amendments or additions to these Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of Dream Mission Holiday Sdn Bhd’s services after the effective date of such amendments or additions shall be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Agreement between Customer and Dream Mission Holiday Sdn. Bhd.

This website is operated by Dream Mission Holiday Sdn Bhd. (Company No. 1138181-H) (KPK/LN 11283). This website is provided solely to assist customers in gathering travel information, determining the availability of travel-related goods and services, making legitimate reservations or otherwise transacting business with travel suppliers, and for no other purposes. The terms we”, “us”, “our”, and “Mission Tours” refer to Dream Mission Holiday. The term “you” refers to the customer visiting the website and/or booking a reservation through us on this website, or through our customer service agents.

This website is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below (collectively, the ‘Terms of Use’ or ‘Agreement’). Please read the Terms of Use carefully. By accessing or using this website, booking any travel products or services on this website, or contacting our call center agents, you agree that the Terms of Use then in force shall apply. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, please do not use or make bookings through this website. Dream Mission Holiday Sdn. Bhd. may at any time change these Terms of Use and your continued use of this website is conditioned upon acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.

The Services offered by Dream Mission Holiday Sdn Bhd (“Mission Tours”) as defined below can only be used by customers who have first read these General Terms and Conditions and accepted them unconditionally by clicking on the appropriate box provided for the purpose. It is not possible to proceed with the booking process without this acceptance. Customers undertake to fulfil the obligations contained within these terms and conditions. The agreement between Customer and Holiday Tours comes into force as soon as Mission Tours provides written confirmation of a booking to the customer by email.

Customers are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following, should save and/or print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference when making a booking.
Price and Payments

The default currency on the website is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Payment through the payment gateway will be processed and charged in Malaysia Ringgit. Prices in other currencies are indicative and subject to the exchange rate charged by your bank plus any transaction fee determined by the bank or other agency processing the transaction. This means the amount listed on your credit or debit card statement may be a different figure than the figure shown when making your reservations on this website. If you have any questions about these fees or any exchange rate applied to your booking, please contact your bank or credit card issuer. Dream Mission Holiday Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for any discrepancies arising from exchange rates or additional transaction fees charged by the bank or any other agency processing the transaction.
Booking Fees and Final Payment Per Person

A reservation will be affected upon receipt of your booking fees and booking/s is/are subject to the tour availability. The booking fee forms part of your final payment.

Full payment must be made for the reservation of the walking tour.

Balance or full payment of excursion tour/ inbound tour must be made 14 days prior to departure or as per guidelines set by the Tour Principal or Tour Supplier, whichever applicable. Failure to comply with this may result in an automatic cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.

Kindly take note* all bookings and purchases shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) based on the exchange rate on date of transaction and foreign currency booking or purchase shall be converted to MYR on the date of the said transaction.
Service Fees for Tailor-made Tour

For tailor-made tour, a non-refundable consultation fee per tour will be charged. This fee is to compensate for the time taken by our reservations team to research and plan for your travel. Should you proceed with making the reservations with us, the consultation fee will be used as partial payment towards your reservation costs. All service fees collected are non-refundable.
Name in Reservation
-
Reservations must be booked in the guest’s name as it is displayed on the passport. Name changes are generally not allowed. The guest will be asked for a passport or ID at the time of check-in. If the name on the reservations and the passenger’s passport/ID do not match, the guest will be required to make a new reservation. Mission Tours shall not be responsible for any costs incurred for the new reservation.
Confirmation

Confirmation of a booking includes the essential elements such as the description of the service booked and the price, which will be sent to the customer by the system or email. If the customer does not receive a confirmation email after 48 hours (2 working days) of placing the booking , he/she should contact the customer support team.

It is expressly agreed that data stored in the information systems of Mission Tours and/or its suppliers shall constitute proof with respect to the bookings made by the customer. Data stored in computers or electronic media are valid proof, and shall therefore be acceptable under the same conditions and with the same evidential value as a physical written document.
Cancellation Terms and Conditions

Travel Documents

Tour member must have a valid travel document to participate in the tour and it is the tour member own responsibility to take care of their own travel document throughout the whole tour.

The company shall not be held responsible or liable for any expenses, reimbursement or refund of tour prices if any tour member is refused entry or deported by immigration authorities resulting from the possession of unlawful items or holding improper travel documents or other causes, or whose behaviour and activities are considered to be detrimental by a government.
Tour Information and Price

Prices shown are current at the time of publication. The prices are subject to change due to increase in transportation costs, hotel rates, exchange rates, government tax, etc. Therefore the company reserves the right to increase prices on condition that it informs the customers accordingly before the confirmation of the tour.

The company covenants for the following to be included in tour fare
-
Hotel accommodation based on twin sharing basis.

All meals, sightseeing and other items as specified in the itinerary.

All Sightseeing tours and transfer are based on sit-in-coach basis.

Items not included in the tour fare are:-

Laundry;
-
Food and beverage not on regular menu;
-
Optional excursions;
-
Tipping for tour guide and coach captain;

Porterage at airport and hotels; and
-
All items of a personal nature.

Travel Insurance
-
The prices on the website do not include travel insurance. The Customer is therefore advised to take out insurance that covers the consequences of certain cases of cancellation and that also provides cover for certain special risks such as the cost of repatriation in the event of an accident or illness. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure any insurance policy taken out is adequate to cover their requirements.
Rights to Reject

The company reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any itinerary, or any reservation made for a client or decline to accept or retain any person from being a tour member if he is likely to endanger the health or safety, or impair the comfort or enjoyment of others on the tour.

The company further reserves the right to cancel the reservation if for any other reason any carrier, hotel or other contractor refuses to allow any participant to participate in the tours. If any of such events, the company’s sole liability shall be to refund to the tour member any moneys paid, less the amounts for services already utilized, and the administration and cancellation fees.
Responsibilities of the Companies

The Company and its associated agents shall be held responsible for services provided with regard to transportation, accommodation, entertainment and meals, as indicated in their brochures. The company shall be required to pay appropriate compensation as determined by the Commissioner of Tourism in cases where, after an investigation, the Commissioner is satisfied that the services provided were not as stated in the brochure and in the agreement.

Dream Mission Holiday Sdn Bhd and its associated agents act only as agents for the transportations companies, hotels contractors and other principals and all tickets, vouchers and contracts under which such transportation and other services are provided. They assumed no responsibility for injury; damage, accident, loss, delay or irregularities that may be caused to person or property and all booking are subject to the usual conditions of tour agency.
Exclusion of Liability Clause

The information, software, products and services provided by Dream Mission Holiday Sdn. Bhd. may include typographical errors. Wholesalers, airlines, hotels and other suppliers providing travel or other services for Dream Mission Holiday Sdn. Bhd. are independent contractors and not agents or employees of Dream Mission Holiday Sdn. Bhd. and accordingly. Dream Mission Holiday Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such persons or for any personal injuries, death, property damage or other damages or expenses resulting from acts or omissions occasioned by the aforesaid.

Dream Mission Holiday Sdn. Bhd. shall make no refund or compensation in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, Force Majeure, pandemic, endemic or other causes beyond the direct control of Dream Mission Holiday Sdn. Bhd, and shall have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any Government or State authority.

In no event shall Dream Mission Holiday Sdn. Bhd. and/or their respective suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of contract or in Tort, except where such damage results from the willful misconduct of Dream Mission Holiday Sdn Bhd. .
